Section 5.4 is hereby added to Article II of <br /> the above mentioned Ordinance No. 639, to read as follaws: <br /> "SECTIOId 5.4. Any drivewa.y approach constructed or <br /> reconstructed in violation of the provisions of this Article <br /> shall be removed or reconstructed to conform with the pro- <br /> visions of this Article by the owner of the abutting parcel <br /> within thirty days after notice to remove or correct is <br /> given by the City Engineer, The provisions of Article I <br /> of this ordinance relating to repair of sidewalks. the doing <br /> of work by the City Engineer upon the property owner' s <br /> failure to do so, and the assessment of costs, shall be ' <br /> applicab le to any driveway approach constructed or recon- <br /> structed in violation of the provisions of this Article." <br /> SECTION 6.
