Section 8 of Ordinance No. 1020, entitled "An <br /> Ordinance Establishing �alaries for Employees of the City of <br /> Redwood City, and Repealing Ordinance No. 824," adopted June 26, <br /> 1961, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 8. Employees appointed to positions in the <br /> following classif ications shall receive a monthly salary <br /> within salary range 24 as estab lished by Section l: <br /> F ie ld C le rk <br /> Legal �tenographer <br /> Maintenanceman I <br /> Senior Cashier Clerk <br /> Senior Clerk <br /> Senior Library Clerk" <br /> SECTION 2. Section 17 of the above mentioned Ordinance <br /> No. 1020 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 17 . Employees appointed to positions in the <br /> following classifications shall receive a monthly salary <br /> within salary range 33 as established by Section l: <br /> Deputy Director of Civil Defense and Disaster <br /> Fire Inspector <br /> Fire Mechanic <br /> Forema.n I" <br /> �ECTION 3. The salary in creases provided for by this ordi- <br /> nance shall be retroactively effective as of December 1, 1961. <br /> * * * <br />
