SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY <br /> A. Proclamation honoring Kurt Wait, a distinguished Redwood City citizen, who recently <br /> won the annual Pillsbury Bake-Off; (207) <br /> Mayor Hartnett congratulated Mr. Wait on winning the Pillsbury Bake-Off and the <br /> million dollar prize, read the proclamation to everyone and presented it to Mr. Wait. Vice <br /> Mayor Howard remarked on Mr. Wait's great recipe, Macadamia Fudge Torte, and <br /> presented him with the Key to the City. Mr. Wait said it was a real honor to be recognized <br /> by the Council and thanked them for the proclamation and the Key to the City. <br />--------------______nn______----------------------------------------------------------------______n______-------------- <br />2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A.
