and tou�hes and is contiguous to the boundaries of the City of Redwood City; and (2) That on 1Ka,rch 26 , I9 62 , this Council did adopt its Resolution No. 3671 , entitled "Resolution of the Council of the City of Redwood City Giving Notice of, and Dec].aring its In- tention to, Initiate on its own Motion Proceedings to Annex to said City Certain Uninhabited Territory; Describing said Territory and Designating it by the Name � Jefferson Avenue Annexation ATo. l� ; Giving its Reasons for Desiring said Annexation; Making Certain Findings Respecting said Proceedings; and Giving Notice of the Time and Place said Council will Hear Protests to said Annexation, " wherein it gave notice of said proposed annexation, described said territory and designated it by the above mentioned name, made cer- tain findings respecting said proposal and gave notice of the time and place said Council would hear protests thereto; and (3) That less than twelve registered voters resided within said territory at the time the above mentioned resolution was adopted }�y this Council; and (4) That the C ity C lerk has caused a copy of said Resolution No. 3671 to be published in the manner and within the time re- quired by law, and has also caused written notice of such proposed annexation to be mailed to all persons or bodies to whom such notice is required by law to be g iven; all in the manner and time required by law; and (5) That this Council did in said Resolution No. 3671 set and designate MaY 7 , 19 62 , at the hour of 8:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors ' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Recar ds, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, as the day, hour, and place when and where said Council would hear protests against said annexation; and -2- . ......�..o....�,�.��.�� Y�r��•.r�__ . , . „ ,...�_�.. .��..�,,.�.�Mr ..�....r .._.,.. _ _
