7.1.M. - Page 3 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br /> Finance and IT Services <br /> Silicon Valley Clean Water <br /> (Formerly South Bayside System Authority) <br /> THIS Amendment No. 2 is entered into as of the 1st day of July, 2015, by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State <br /> of California ( "City ") and Silicon Valley Clean Water ( "SVCW ") (formerly South Bayside <br /> System Authority ( "SBSA ") (collectively, the "Parties "). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On June 8, 2012 the Parties executed an Agreement for Professional <br /> Finance and IT Services for SBSA; and <br /> B. On July 1, 2014 the Parties executed an Amendment No. 1 to Extend the <br /> Agreement for Professional Finance and IT Services for SBSA; and <br /> C. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of one year. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br /> extended for a period of one year ending on June 30, 2016. <br /> 2. Compensation for Scope of Services ( "Services "): The total fee payable <br /> for the Services to be performed during the term of this Amendment No. 2 (from July 1, <br /> 2015 — June 30, 2016) will be One Hundred Thirty One Thousand and Fifty Two Dollars <br /> ($131,052). <br /> (a) City's Financial Services. SVCW shall pay to City Seventy Five Thousand, <br /> One Hundred and Forty Seven Dollars ($75,147) for the financial services <br /> described in Exhibit "A ". This rate is increased by the percentage of increase <br /> of the Consumer Price Index ( "CPI ") for all Urban Consumers, Pacific Cities, <br /> and United States Cities Average, for San Francisco — Oakland — San Jose), <br /> published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor <br /> Statistics for the year ending February 28 immediately preceding the <br /> Adjustment Date as compared with the CPI for the immediately prior year <br /> ending February. <br /> (b) City's Information Technology. <br /> SVCW shall compensate City for the information technology services <br /> described in Exhibit "A" on an hourly basis at the rate of One Hundred Forty <br /> Seven Dollars and Forty Five Cents ($147.45) per hour (the IT Base Rate ") <br /> ATTY /AGR /2015 /AMENDMENTS /AMEND NO. 2/ SILICON VALLEY CLEAN WATER <br /> REV: 06 -11 -15 MLG <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
