<br /> Book 1 at pages 32, 33 and 34, Records of San Mateo County, California; thence north 64' 29' 30" west
<br /> along said northeasterly line of Bay Road a distance of 90.97 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
<br /> north 5' 02' 30" west a distance of 128,76 feet to a point in the southerly line of Florence Street as shown
<br /> on said map of Friendly Acres Subdivision; thence south 84' 57' 30" west along said southerly line of
<br /> Florence Street a distance of 106.80 feet; thence along the are of a curve to the left having a radius of
