For plan review services, Consultant must <br /> submit a separate invoice for each project deemed completed by the City of Redwood <br /> City Building Official or his /her designee, identified by street address and building <br /> permit number for off -site reviews, and by hours. For all onsite work, invoices must <br /> include the name of the employee, date work was performed and number of <br /> hours worked for each date.
