For plan review services, Consultant must submit <br /> a separate invoice for each project deemed completed by the City of Redwood City <br /> Building Official or his /her designee, identified by street address and building permit <br /> number for off-site reviews, and by hours. For all onsite work, invoices must include <br /> the name of the employee, date work was performed and number of hours worked <br /> for each date.
