Waiver of Statute of Limitations <br /> The right to plead any and all statutes of limitations as a defense to any demand secured by this <br /> Deed of Trust is hereby waived to the full extent permissible by law. <br /> Section 8.16. Trust Irrevocable <br /> The trust created hereby is irrevocable by the Trustor. <br /> Section 8.17. Interpretation <br /> The term "and /or" as used herein means one or the other or both, or any one or all, of the things <br /> or persons in connection with which the words are used. Paragraph headings are for reference <br /> only and shall not be considered in the interpretation of this Deed of Trust. <br /> Section 8.18.
