7.1.C. - Page 5 <br /> 6. Arrival and Set -Up Time. Performers must arrive no later than one hour <br /> prior to performance time on each date specified in Exhibit "A." At least one hour prior to <br /> the time of the first performance of the day, the City shall provide Performers and their <br /> designated representatives' sufficient access to the Place of Performance for set -up and <br /> sound check. <br /> 7. Technical Requirements. The City shall provide the technical requirements <br /> as set forth in the Technical Requirements Rider attached hereto as Exhibit "C" and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> 8. Term. Unless earlier terminated, the term of this Agreement will commence <br /> upon the date first above written and shall expire upon completion of performance of the <br /> Performances, or in any event no later than November 30, 2015. <br /> 9. Notice.
