7.3.B. - Page 4 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> STATING ITS INTENTION TO MODIFY THE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT PLAN OF <br /> THE DOWNTOWN REDWOOD CITY COMMUNITY BENEFIT IMPROVEMENT <br /> DISTRICT TO REMOVE CERTAIN PARCELS AND SETTING A TIME AND PLACE <br /> FOR A PUBLIC HEARING <br /> WHEREAS, the Downtown Redwood City Community Benefit Improvement <br /> District (the "District ") has been established by the City pursuant to the Redwood City <br /> Community Benefit Improvement District Procedural Ordinance (Chapter 31 of the <br /> Redwood City Municipal Code), which incorporates most provisions of the Property and <br /> Business Improvement District Law of 1994 (Streets & Highways Code §§ 36600 et <br /> seq.) (the "Law "); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Redwood City Improvement Association ( "RCIA ") serves as the <br /> Owner's Association for the District; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 36635 of the Law provides that RCIA may, at any time, <br /> request that the City Council modify the Management District Plan governing the District <br /> (the "MDP "); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a written request from RCIA to modify the <br /> MDP to remove from the District certain condominium parcels located in a building that <br /> was not completely included within the boundaries of the District; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to initiate proceedings to approve this <br /> modification. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Redwood City City Council hereby resolves <br /> the following: <br /> Section 1. The City Council hereby proposes to modify the MDP to remove the <br /> following parcels from the District: <br /> 111 810 010 — 1 090 Main Street, #101 <br /> 111 810 020 — 1090 Main Street, #102 <br /> 111 810 030 — 1090 Main Street, #103 <br /> 111 810 040 — 1090 Main Street, #104 <br /> 111 810 050 — 1090 Main Street, #105 <br /> 111 810 060 — 1090 Main Street, #106 <br /> 111 810 070 — 1090 Main Street, #107; <br /> A copy of the proposed modified MDP is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, <br /> available for public inspection, and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br /> ATTY /RES0.3113 /CBID BOUNDARY MODIFICATION ROI <br /> REV: 07 -16 -15 PT <br />
