No. 19 to the <br /> lowest responsible bidder, Casey Construction, Inc. of Emerald Hills for their <br /> low bid of $1,198,500.00 and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br /> contract and increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the <br /> amount awarded, not to exceed $1,318,350.00 and confirm determination <br /> that the project is exempt and meets California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (CEQA) exemption criteria as set forth in Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) <br /> and Section 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction) of the CEQA <br /> Regulations. <br /> G.
