The complex consists of three attached buildings of concrete <br /> and steel framed construction. The primary facade faces Broadway with a three story center portion containing the <br /> theater entrance and one story buildings on either side. The theater building, with an address of 2215 Broadway, runs <br /> (south) though the middle of the block while the one story buildings continue around the corners of Middlefield Road <br /> and Hamilton Street.
