Rear of theater, looking north, December 2009.
Along the primary facade on Broadway the three buildings read as a single composition with a step- shaped parapet roof and
seven bays. Facing the building, the left two bays (which are the north facade of 810 Middlefield) contain ground floor commercial
space with plate glass windows and personnel doors, with transom windows in the left most bay. The third bay contains ground
floor commercial space with plate glass windows and a personnel door with transom windows and a row of six, 3 over 1, double
hung windows on the second floor. The fourth bay (or middle of the complex) contains the theater entrance surmounted by a
projecting, triangular shaped marquee. Above the marquee, on the second floor, are four, 3 over 1 double hung arched windows.
The third story features six, narrow lancet arched fixed lights capped by a stepped tower. The fifth bay contains an arched
entrance with ribbed vault surmounted by a cartouche leading to a personnel door. The tiled lobby features an elevator and
carpeted staircase leading to the second and third stories. Above the arched entry are transom windows and a row of six, 3 over
1, double hung windows on the second floor. The sixth and seventh bays (which are the north facade of 810 Hamilton) contain
ground floor commercial space with plate glass windows and personnel door with transom windows.
The exterior cladding is modeled in a late Gothic Revival style with a Gothic tracery screen. The primary facade features lancet
windows capped with finials and fleur- de -lis. The stepped shaped parapet is a pieced decorative screen.
