Rear of theater, looking north, December 2009. <br /> Along the primary facade on Broadway the three buildings read as a single composition with a step- shaped parapet roof and <br /> seven bays. Facing the building, the left two bays (which are the north facade of 810 Middlefield) contain ground floor commercial <br /> space with plate glass windows and personnel doors, with transom windows in the left most bay. The third bay contains ground <br /> floor commercial space with plate glass windows and a personnel door with transom windows and a row of six, 3 over 1, double <br /> hung windows on the second floor. The fourth bay (or middle of the complex) contains the theater entrance surmounted by a <br /> projecting, triangular shaped marquee. Above the marquee, on the second floor, are four, 3 over 1 double hung arched windows. <br /> The third story features six, narrow lancet arched fixed lights capped by a stepped tower. The fifth bay contains an arched <br /> entrance with ribbed vault surmounted by a cartouche leading to a personnel door. The tiled lobby features an elevator and <br /> carpeted staircase leading to the second and third stories. Above the arched entry are transom windows and a row of six, 3 over <br /> 1, double hung windows on the second floor. The sixth and seventh bays (which are the north facade of 810 Hamilton) contain <br /> ground floor commercial space with plate glass windows and personnel door with transom windows. <br /> The exterior cladding is modeled in a late Gothic Revival style with a Gothic tracery screen. The primary facade features lancet <br /> windows capped with finials and fleur- de -lis. The stepped shaped parapet is a pieced decorative screen.
