Under Section 2.0.3(A) (3), the HRAC has reviewed the Project for <br /> conformance to the applicable Historic Resources Preservation standards and guidelines <br /> of the DTPP, and hereby finds that the Project is in conformance with the applicable Historic <br /> Resources Preservation standards and guidelines. <br /> Section 2. Under Section 2.1.4(A), the HRAC hereby finds that the Project will not <br /> have a significant adverse impact on the Fox Theatre and fully adheres to the Secretary <br /> Standards for Rehabilitation, with the recommendation that the Fox Theatre loading dock <br /> and dressing -room wing be photographically documented in its current form prior to <br /> rehabilitation. <br /> Section 3. Under Section 2.1.4(D), the HRAC hereby finds that the Project will not <br /> have an adverse effect on adjacent historic resources, will not create a substantial adverse <br /> change in the significance of the adjacent historic resources, and will protect the adjacent <br /> historic resources' continued eligibility for listing on the California Register. <br /> Section 4. The HRAC hereby recommends that the Planning Commission makes a <br /> recommendation to the City Council to approve the Downtown Planned Community Permit <br /> for the Project, consistent with the DTPP and associated EIR. <br /> Section 5.
