There is no litigation of any natwe in which process has been served upon the Port <br /> seeking to restrain or eajoin the execution, delivery or performauce of the Series 2015 Bonds, the Port <br /> Agreements,or any of the proceedings taken with respect to the issuance of the Series 2015 Bonds; the <br /> application of monies to the payment of the Series 2015 Bonds or ia any manner quesrioning the <br /> proceedings and suthority under which the Series 2015 Bonds were authorized;challenging the validity of <br /> the Series 2015 Bonds,the existence or boundaries of the Port or the titles of the officials of the Port who <br /> have acted with respect to the proceedings for the issuance of We Series 2015 Bonds on behalf of the Port <br /> to their respecrive offices. <br /> This letter is furnished solely for the benefit of the above-addressed parties.
