Moodv's <br /> "Moody's" means Moody's Investors Service, a corporation duly organized and existing <br /> under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Delawarc,and its successors and assigns, except that <br /> if such corporation shflll be dissolved or liquidated or shnll no longer perform the services of a <br /> municipal securities rating agency, then the term "Moody's" shall be deemed to refer to �ny other <br /> nationally recognized municipa)securities rating agency selected by the Port. <br /> Municipal Bond Insurance Policv <br /> "Municipal Bond Insurance Policy" means a municipal bond insurAnce poliey or financial <br /> gup�anty issued by a Bond Insurer insuring the paymcnt of the interest on and principal of any Series <br /> of the Bonds (or any portion thereo� when due other than by acceleration, as provided therein, as <br /> designated in a Supplemental Indenture. <br /> Net Revenues <br /> "Net Revenues" means for �ny period Revenues for such period less Maintenance and <br /> Operation Costs for such period. <br /> Nomincc <br /> "Nominec" means the nominee of the Depository, which may be the Depository, as <br /> detcrmined froit�time to time pursuant to Section 2.12 hereof. <br /> Outstandina <br /> "Outstanding," when used as of any particular time with reference to Bonds,means(subject <br /> to the provisions of Section 6.2 hereo�all Bonds issued and delivered hcreunder except-- <br /> (I) Bonds theretofore cancelled by the Trustee or surrcndered to the Trustee for <br /> cancellation; <br /> (2) Sonds paid or deemed to have been paid within the meaning of Section B.1 <br /> hereof;and <br /> (3) Bonds in lieu of or in substitution for which other Bonds shall have been <br /> executed,issued and delivered by the Port pursuant hereto. <br /> wner <br /> "Owner"means the registered owner of any Outstanding Bond as per the rcgistration books <br /> required to be maintained pursuant to Section 2.8 hereof. <br /> Paired Obli ations <br /> "Paired Obligations" means any one or more Series of Bonds (or portion thereo� or <br /> Contracts (or portion thereo�designated as Paircd Obligations in a Supplemental lndenture or in a <br /> Ce�iifcate of the Port, which are simultaneously issued, executed or delivered and (i)the principal <br /> I 209A 9�22931 0005 �2 <br />
