Sinking Fund Pavment Date <br /> "Sinking Fund Payment Date" means any date on which Sinkins Fund [nstallmcnts for any <br /> Series of the Bonds are required to be deposited in the applicable Sinking Fund as designated by a <br /> Supplemental lndeniure relating to such Series of the Bonds. <br /> S&P <br /> "S&P" means Standard& Poor's Ratings Services,a corporation duly organized and existing <br /> under and by virtue of the laws of the State of New York,and its successors or assigns,except that if <br /> such corporation sltall be dissolved or liquidated or shall no longer perform the functions of a <br /> municipal securities rating agency, then the term "S&P" shall be deemed to refer to any other <br /> nationally reco�nized municipal securities rating agency selected by the Porl. <br /> Special FacilitiesRevenue <br /> "Speciol Facilities Revenue" means the contractual payments derived by the Port from a <br /> Special Facility�nd all other income and revenues available to the Port from s►�ch Spec;al Facility. <br /> Special Facilitv <br /> "Special Facility" means a facility which is designated as a Special Facility under the <br /> provisions of Section 3.5 of this Indenture. <br /> S u bordinate Obl igations <br /> "Subordinate Obligations" means all obligalions of the Port that a�e subordinate in payment <br /> to the Bonds, the Contracts, and the Parity Repayment Obligations and that are payabfe f�om the <br /> Subordinated Obligation Payment Fund. <br /> �SubordinatedObligation Payment F,und <br /> "Subordinated Obligation Payment Fund"means the fund by that name cstablished pursuant <br /> to Section 3.3(d)hereof. <br /> SubordinatedObl igation Reserve Fund <br /> "Subordinated Obligetion Reserve Fund" means the fund by that name established pursuant <br /> to Section 3.3(e)hereof. <br /> Sup�lemcntal l ndcnture <br /> "Supplemental Indenture" means any indenture then in full force and effect which has been <br /> cntered into by the Port and the Trustee,amendatory of or supplemental hereto;but only if and to the <br /> extent that such Supplemental lndenture is specifieally authorized hereunder. <br /> I 209d 9\22931.00OS �G <br />
