He was speaking at the Stanford University Memorial Auditorium in <br /> recognition of the students in the Kennedy School Honors Program, and he would join the <br /> Council meeting shortly. <br /> A. Proclamation and Plaque to Sally Hartman, Parks, Recreation and Community Services <br /> Superintendent, who is retiring after thirty-six years of outstanding service to Redwood <br /> City; (207) <br /> Mayor Pro Tern Howard presented the City plaque and Proclamation to Sally Hartman <br /> who received a standing ovation in recognition of her long and exemplary service to the <br /> people of Redwood City and for being such an exceptionally warm and wonderful human <br /> '----' being.
