Jeanne Roehm said she was very proud of the Council for their efforts in beautifying the <br /> City. <br /> C. Former Mayor Bob Bury introduced Carolyn McHenry of the Kiwanis Club, and <br /> invited everyone to attend the opening of the Kiwanis Farmers Market, behind Sequoia <br /> Station, May 4, 1996. The market will be open every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 12 noon, <br /> and will raise money for Kiwanis Redwood City projects such as the immunization <br /> program, Library and uniforms for Garfield School, a Christmas presents program for kids, <br /> and a partnership with Mervyn's to provide underwear for kids in need.
