07/27/2015 <br /> o CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> � CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> 815 Hamilton Street, 2215 Broadway, 840 Middlefield Road <br /> Downtown Planned Community Permit (DPC2014-07) <br /> Tentative Map (TM2014-08) <br /> Parking In-Lieu Application <br /> The following Conditions of Approval [COA] and Standard Development Requirements [SDR] <br /> apply to this project. The COAs are specific conditions applicable to the proposed project. <br /> The SDRs are items which are codified or adopted by resolution and have been included for <br /> ease of reference, they may not be appealed or changed. The SDRs are not intended as a <br /> comprehensive list. The COAs and SDRs are grouped under specific headings that relate to <br /> the subject matter. <br /> In addition to complying with all applicable City, County, State and Federal Statutes, Codes, <br /> Ordinances, Resolutions and Regulations, Permittee expressly accepts and agrees to comply <br /> with the following Conditions of Approval and Standard Development Requirements of this <br /> Permit: <br /> Buildinct Permit <br /> 1. Approval Letter 8�Conditions in Building Permit Plans-The Notice of Official Action, <br /> with the accompanying conditions of approval, shall be printed on the first page of the <br /> plans submitted to the Building Division for a building permit. [COA][PLANNING] <br /> Fees <br /> The following fees shall be paid in full prior to issuance of the building permit or parcel map. <br /> 2. Transportation Impact Fee - Pay a Transportation Mitigation Fee based on the <br /> schedule set by City Ordinance (Chapter 18, Article XV) or as determined by Traffic <br /> Study. Parking In-Lieu Fees—The applicant shall pay the required fees to the City of Redwood <br /> City for the requested 115 in-lieu parking spaces not being provided on the project site <br /> as described in the Disposition and Development Agreement.
