<br /> Being a portion of Lot 1 , Block 13 as shown on that map entitled "Woodside Terrace No. 2",
<br /> filed May 25, 1950 and recorded in Book 31 of Maps, at Pages 32 and 33, San Mateo County
<br /> Records, situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and being
<br /> more particularly described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of Lot 1 , Block 13 of said subdivision map, lying
<br /> in the westerly right-of-way line of Hampton Avenue (60' Wide);
<br /> THENCE, westerly along the south line of said lot, N 75°38'48" W, 174.36 feet to the
<br /> westerly corner of the adjusted parcel;
