<br /> and being the same parcel of land as described in the Grant Deed to the MacDonald Family Trust,
<br /> recorded as Document Number 1990-135334, on October 11 , 1990, Official Records of San Mateo
<br /> County, situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and being
<br /> more particularly described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of Lot 1, Block 13 of said subdivision map, lying
<br /> in the westerly right-of-way line of Hampton Avenue (60' Wide);
<br /> THENCE, westerly along the southerly line of said lot, N 75°38'48" W, 189.22 feet to the
<br /> westerly corner of said lot;
