07/27/2015 <br /> 7.3.A. - Page 14 <br /> Date the Owner completes the requirements specified below, then a <br /> Program Loan in the amount and for the duration set forth in the Program <br /> Loan Commitment Letter will be provided to the Owner. If the Owner fails <br /> to meet all of the requirements specified in their Program Loan <br /> Commitment Letter prior to the Program Loan Commitment Expiration <br /> Date, then the Program Loan Commitment Letter shall be automatically <br /> revoked and the Program Manager will release the hold on the reserved <br /> Program Loan Funds and they will then be available for other Program <br /> Loans. <br /> C. Receivin�the Pro�ram Loan. <br /> 1. In order to receive a Program Loan, the Owner must submit all of the <br /> following to the Program Manager prior to the Program Loan Commitment <br /> Expiration Date: <br /> a. A paid detailed invoice for the reasonable expenses associated with <br /> the actual design, purchase and installation of the Automatic <br /> Sprinkler System in the Eligible Building per one of the acceptable <br /> bids previously submitted to the Program Manager; <br /> b. Written documentation evidencing that the installed Automatic <br /> Sprinkler System has passed a final inspection by the Fire Official <br /> and/or the Building Official; and <br /> c. Duly completed and executed Program Loan Documents as required <br /> by the Program Manager including a Loan Agreement, Promissory <br /> Note and Deed of Trust. <br /> 2. From the date the Program Loan Commitment Letter is issued until the end <br /> of the Loan Term, the Borrower shall not: <br /> a. Increase rental rates without first providing at least ninety(90) days <br /> written notice to tenants; or <br /> b. Increase rental rates during any twelve (12) month period by more <br /> than the annual Consumer Price Index—All Urban Consumers for <br /> San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose, CA (Series Id. CUURA422SA0) as <br /> regularly published by the United States Department of Labor, <br /> Bureau of Labor Statistics for the applicable period of time and as <br /> ATTY/RE50.3085/CC RE50—RWC FIRE SAFETY FIRST PILOT PROGRAM—ATTACHMENT A <br /> REV:07-22-15 VR <br /> Page 8 of 9 <br /> OAK fk4837-7968-0037 vl <br /> 8 RESO.#15428 <br /> MUFF#705 <br />
