Project Planner Jany said the primary <br /> impact of this change was traffic. He described the Planning Commission <br /> procedures, the traffic analysis done, the planned development permits and the <br /> plans for a five-story parking structure on site, set back ITom Oracle Parkway. <br /> b) Open public hearing; <br /> Mayor Hartnett declared the public hearing open at 9:30 p.m. <br /> c) Hear public comment; <br /> Mr. John Hamilton, William Wilson Associates representing the property owner, <br /> with offices at 500 Oracle Parkway, described his association with <br /> Centrum/Oracle since 1988 and expressed his enthusiasm for this sixth and last <br /> tower and parking structure. He said Oracle was the largest employer and <br /> probably the largest tax payer in Redwood City, with 5500 employees.
