Chairperson La Berge explained that the Committee advised the full council on <br /> policy issues concerning utility services the City provides - water, sanitary sewer and <br /> storm drainage. Chairperson La Berge provided highlights of the Report and said the <br /> Committee was pleased to recommend Option No. I. She said Option No. I <br /> accomplished three very important principles out of the seven guiding principles <br /> developed by earlier Councils to establish water rates.
