2. User agrees to provide Gity with-a list of all persvns authorized to use the <br /> facilities as an o�cer, employee, ar agent af U�er. Additi�ns or de[etions frorn the <br /> authorization list shall be pr€�vided to City on a monfhty basis. User shali take any and <br /> all reasonable measures to assure that only persons specified on the authorization list <br /> shali be permitted to use the training facilities and pistal range. The lists are providetl to <br /> City for inf+�rmational purposes only and City shall have no abligatic�n to screen or to <br /> otherwise evaluate the qualifications Qf the iisted persons to use the training#acility or <br /> pis#ol range. Such screening procedures shall be the sole responsibili#y vf User. <br /> 3. All �ffic�rs, employ�es and agents of User shall s#rictly comply with all <br /> published ruies �nd regulatit�n� of Gity�nd with any order t�r direct'rve of Cityr's Firearms <br /> Tr�ining Coordin�tar. <br /> 4. The City's Firearms Training Coordinator shall have full au#horify to clase <br /> th� facility and r�ang� a# any #ime for any purpose. The City's Firearms Training <br /> Coordinatar shall t�ave fiull authority to exclude any person from use of the fiacility for <br /> violation of any rules or rEgulations relating to safety, <br /> 5. User may utiiize the training facility and pistol range as needed during <br /> such fiime as the facility would otherwise not be in use by City personnel or other <br /> contracting agencies. City reserves the exclusive right to determine the hours of <br /> operation af the training facifity and pistol range. <br /> 6.
