Illuminated Street Name Signs Project to be referred to the Council <br /> Streets Committee. <br /> MEMO 6/24/96 <br /> In response to Councilman Leipzig's questions, Director Nelson said about $450,550 was put <br /> aside every year for sidewalk programs, and explained that the program was scaled back in FY <br /> 1996/97 to meet Council's direction to complete the Broadway Sidewalks project.
