If local c�des require trash and animal waste to remain separate,then tw�o(2)dumpsters are required. 4)PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS A) Pertamance Spaoe A space measuring approximately 172' diameter cir+cle (150' di�neter is the minimum), is required for the set up af the terrt.Additional space is required for the living quaRers for the pertormers�d their animals.This spaoe should be free and clear of all obstacles,and it is preferable tliat the space is a grass lot. CIN should make PERFORMERS aware af any under+ground obstacles(such as water pipes, e�drical or gas lines) prior to the se�-up ofi the tent. City is responsible for obtaining all I'�censes and permits as may be required to host Pertamers at the designated location. B) Power 220 single-phase 200 amp electrical service is required for use by the PERFORMERS for the lighting, sound, and electricity for the c�cus teM and for the pertormers'living quarters. 5)MISCELLANEOUS A) Set-up Assistance A minimum af 6 able-bodied persons to help with the set-up and take dawn of the tent. Time of set-up and take down will be determined by the PERFORMERS.Set-up is approx. 10 hours,Strike is approx.6 hours;bleacher assembly is approx.6 hours. B) Accommodations Up to iwe(2)recxeational vehides may be required to be supplied by the CITY. CITY will be not�ed no later than one(1)moMh prior to pertormance date as to whether these items are in fact needed. C) Ushers,Ticke�t-takers, Concessions Pertamers provide ushers.ff the City wishes,the City can also provide ushers. The City provides conoession sales,ticket takers and people to sell tidcets at the door. Pertormers sell souvenirs only.
