6. ARival and Set-Ua Time. Performers must arrive no later than one hour prior to performanoe time on each date specified in Exhibit°A." At least one hour prior to the time of the first pertormance of the day, the City shall provide PerFormers and their designated representatives' sufficient access to the Place of Pertormance for set-up and sound check. 7. Technical Reauirements. The Ciiy shall provide the technical requir�ements as set forth in the Technical Requirements Rider attached hereto as Exhibit "C" and incorporated herein by this reference. 8. Term. Unless earlier terminated,the term of this�greement will commence upon the date first above written and shall expire upon compl�tion of performance of the PerfoRnances, or in any event no later than November 30, 2015. 9. Notice. The name of the persons who are authorized to give written notices or to receive written notice on behalf of City and on behalf of PerFormers under this Agreement. The City will not record, broadcast, televise, videotape, photograph, film or otherwise extend beyond the Place of Performance the Pertormances without the prior written consent of Performers.
