Vice Mayor Howard discussed the Mayor's Beautification Awards reception which will <br /> be held at 7:00 p.m. on July I, 1996 before the Council meeting. Vice Mayor Howard <br /> invited everyone to attend. <br /> B. Vice Mayor Howard reported on the Emergency Services Committee meeting held last <br /> week. Two <br /> previous budget sessions were held on June 17 and June 22, 1996. <br /> Sascha Eisner, representing SEIU, Local 715 stated the importance ofIooking at revenue <br /> options before looking at service reductions.
