Not performing or delaying the work will reduce pavement <br /> quality and the associated Pavement Condition Index (PCI) rating. <br /> Fiscal Impact <br /> Funds are proposed to be appropriated and approved by City Council in the FY 2004-2005 <br /> Streets and Parking Lots Maintenance Budget Supplies and Services in the amount of <br /> $62,475. The Roadway Management System CIP budget is proposed to be appropriated <br /> at $1,100,000 and will cover all related purchases not to exceed $129,365.65 for the <br /> remainder of the agreement. <br /> Staff will not initiate this agreement until the City Council has formally approved the 2004- <br /> 2005 budget.
