�.�-c-� <br /> B. Parking Rates for Peak Periods. <br /> Subject to Sections III-C, III-D and III-E below, the hourly rate for use of the Marshall <br /> Street Garage shall be at least five dollars ($5.00) per hour from 5 p.m. until closing <br /> Monday through Friday and all day on weekends and holidays (collectively, "Marshall <br /> Street Garage Peak Periods"), provided that the such five dollar ($5.00) per hour <br /> minimum charge shall be adjusted, by $0.50 increments, to compensate for adjustments <br /> in the CPI, as more particularly described on Schedule I. <br /> C. Parkin� for Cinema Patrons. <br /> During the Marshall Street Garage Peak Periods Cinema patrons presenting validation <br /> shall be entitled to receive free parking in the Marshall Street Garage for a period not to <br /> exceed four (4) hours prior to presentation of such validation form. <br /> D. Parking for Patrons of Other Project Businesses. <br /> During the Marshall Street Garage Peak Periods patrons of other project businesses <br /> presenting validation shall be entitled to receive free parking in the Marshall Street <br /> Garage for a period not to exceed two (2) hours prior to presentation of such validation <br /> form. <br /> E. Parking for Patrons of Other Businesses. <br /> Patrons of other businesses presenting validation shall receive free parking in the <br /> Marshall Street Garage for a period not to exceed two (2) hours prior to presentation of <br /> such validation form during Marshall Street Garage Peak Periods. <br /> F. ParkinQ Operations during Non-Peak Periods; Permit Pazking <br /> The City may, in its sole discretion, operate the Marshall Street Garage for periods other <br /> than Marshall Street Garage Peak Periods. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary <br /> contained in this Section III, the City may continue to operate monthly permit parking in <br /> the Marshall Street Garage as such monthly permit pazking is operated as of the date <br /> hereof, and holders of valid City parking permits shall continue to be able to use the <br /> Marshall Street Garage in accordance with the terms thereof, provided that the area on <br /> the second floor and above is designated for use by holders of monthly parking permits <br /> shall not be expanded, and provided further that such area shall be opened for public <br /> parking in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Section III during the <br /> Marshall Street Garage Peak Periods. <br /> Atty/Agr/Agr.194 <br /> 061704 7 <br /> . _ . .m. <br />
