This <br /> Agreement describes the various reciprocal easements between the two parties for <br /> mutual use of stairways, elevators, driveways, entranceways, and other utility corridors. <br /> The Agreement also describes the maintenance responsibilities for the common use <br /> areas. <br /> Additionally, a 14 foot strip of Middlefield Road adjacent to the 2100 block (west side) is <br /> proposed to be vacated in order to narrow the street to become `Theatre Way". This <br /> strip of land will become part of Parcels A(air) and B(ground & subsurface). <br /> _ The developer's surveyor, Slooten Consulting, Inc. of Sacramento, California, has <br /> completed the Subdivision Map in accordance with the Subdivision Map Act and City <br /> Ordinances. <br /> Fiscal Impacts <br /> This Parcel Map implements the terms and conditions of the Amended and Restated <br /> DDA.
