(100) <br /> <br />City Attorney Schricker advised that this kind of operation was mandated by the State of <br />California. He advised that his staff was working with the Zoning Administrator on this <br />issue and he would report back to Council as soon as possible. <br /> <br />Mayor Hartnett said that Mr. Wolfskill would be contacted after the Council had time to <br />review the City Attorney's report. <br />MEMO 10/8/96 <br /> <br />B.
