ORIGINAL <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />(CSG Consultants, Inc.) <br />This�4�e drr��nt No. 1 1 entered into and effective as of the L, day of <br />JV 20V extending and amending the Amended and Restated <br />Agreementafor Profe sional Services dated the 12" day of May, 2016 (the "Agreement") <br />by and between th City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of <br />the State of Caj ornia ("City"), and CSG CONSULTANTS, INC., ("Consultant") <br />(collectively, the "Parties") for building inspection and plan review services. <br />RECITALS <br />A. On August 12, 2015, the Parties executed an Agreement for Professional <br />Services (the "Original Agreement'); and <br />B. On May 12, 2016, the Parties executed an Amended and Restated <br />Agreement for Professional Services (the "Agreement'); and <br />C. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments to the Agreement <br />as described below. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. That the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br />hereby extended for a period of one year ending on June 30, 2018 and Consultant will <br />be paid a not to exceed amount of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00) for <br />services performed under Amendment No. 1, for an aggregate amount of one million <br />two hundred and one thousand dollars ($1,201,000.00). Consultant will provide City, on <br />a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, <br />hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by City. <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, including the Fee Schedule in <br />Exhibit B of the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br />pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include <br />coverage for this Amendment. <br />4.
