.�_.����_ _ _ _._ _ _ __. <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant will provide thorough, accurate and professional services both On-Site at <br /> the City of Redwood City offices and Off-Site as follows: <br /> Plan Review Services: <br /> Consultant will perform plan review services as directed by the City of Redwood <br /> City Building Official or hislher designee. All plan review services provided by the <br /> consultant will incfude the initial plan review and all subsequent re-reviews as <br /> necessary for building permit issuance. <br /> Permit plans and documentation for Off-Site plan review will be picked up by the <br /> CansultanYs messengers or will be shipped to their main office by Fed Ex using <br /> the Consultant account number. All costs for pickup or delivery will be included in <br /> plan review fee and no addition compensation will be provided. <br /> Off-Site plan reviews will be completed within 10-working days from the date that <br /> Consuftant receives plans. Written plan review comments will be delivered to the City <br /> in electronic formaf within 24-hours of completion of review. When final review is <br /> approved, Consultant will deliver two final sets of approved plans with approval <br /> stamps and signatures to the city within 24 hours of final review and approval. <br /> The City may request a bid for specific plan review services and those plan review <br /> services will be governed by a different agreement and will not fall within the scope of <br /> this agreement. <br /> Buildina Inspection Services• <br /> Consultant will perform building and public warks inspection services for a specified <br /> number of hours as directed by the City of Redwood City Building or his/her <br /> designee. These services will include review of all approved plans, specifications <br /> and documents, review and respond to all inspection requests and reports, attend <br /> mandatory meetings, including safety training and project management perform <br /> inspections for compliance to applicable State of Califomia Building, Mechanical, <br /> Electrical, Plumbing, Fire codes, as well as State energy efficiency and accessibility <br /> standards as amended by the City of Redwood City. Consultant's services may <br /> include a State of California registered Fire Protectian Engineer, to complete all <br /> Fire Code inspection services requested by the City, or CASp certified inspections as <br /> needed. <br /> Permittina Services: <br /> Consultant will perform permitting process services for a specified number of hours <br /> as directed by the City of Redwood City Building or his/her designee.
