Aitematively the Munidpality can opt to use a domain neme owned and «�nntrolbd by the Municipality. Buildingeye wiil not be responsible far managing the DNS servers or DNS rec�ds for any domain name not owned by Buiidingeye. Buildingeya can provide recommended DNS settings to Munici�ality for non- Buiidingsye awned domain names. No part of this Agreement shall s+arve to aiter ownership rights af domafr�rrarrres. 2. Branding resources. The Municipality wiii be responsfble for providing web ready image flles for the purposes of branding the Custom Platfonn. 3. 1S files. The AAunicipai�ty will provide Buildingeye with any GIS files that it wishes Customers to be able to f�iter their searches and alerts by. (ie. Historic boundariss) Files in st,andard open vector GIS farmats are acveptable.(ie.Shape files,GeoJson, KAAL) 4. Prnrate Release The first �nersion of the Custom Piatform to be delivered wiil be the Private Release. This is a production ready release for the Municipality's use and consideration. Buildingeye will require the first batch of data transfer to be complete before this stage takes ptace. 5. Links and Ac�r_ess. Th8 Municipality wi11 be responsible for adding the appropriate link w links from tfie Site to the Custom Platform. Buildingeye shali ensure the Custom PlatfQrm cam�iss vvi�these requinements: Objective The general objective of the application is to visualize data for projects going through approvai process and to communicate the data to citizens through a mapping interface, which can be filtered to sear�ch for differ!er�t types o#applicatrons. Functia►alitv Reauirements: 1. Visualize data on a web (including mobile web) application with �e ability to fifter appiications by keyword, application type, timeframe and status. The map i�ns are dynamic and produce an information window with metadata on the appifcation/project and a link to further information.The w�rkflvw sfiouid 3�e clear for users to undetstand�nfiere in the process the appiication is. 2.
