ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A Ed Bailey, 3215 Page Street, Redwood City, told Council the Woodside Gas Mart next to <br /> his convalescent home sold gas at 99 cents over the weekend and the resulting long lines <br /> blocked access to all the neighbors' driveways. He described the gas station operators <br /> unwiIIingness to address the problems resulting from their sale, and their methods to <br /> obtain signatures on the petitions they have been sending to Council. After discussion <br /> with Council Mr. Bailey advised that the impacted neighbors of the gas station would <br /> appear at the Woodside Gas Mart Use Permit public hearing scheduled for the Council <br /> meeting of November 4,1996.
