The Commerciai Generai Liability insurance policy shali <br /> be endorsed to name the City, its officers, agents, employees and <br /> volunteers as addi#ional insureds, and to state that the tnsurance wiil be <br /> primary anci not contribute with any insurance or self-insurance <br /> maintained by the City. <br /> 11.1.2 Business Automabile Liability Insurance. Consultant shali main#ain <br /> coverage with limits not less than $1,000,000 per each accident for <br /> owned, hired and non-owned automobiles. <br /> 11.1.3 Workers' Comaensation lnsurance. Consultant shall maintain <br /> coverage as required by the Califomia Labor Code. The Workers' <br /> Compensation poiicy shall con#ain a� endorsement stating that the insurer <br /> waives any right to subrogation against the City, its officers, agents, <br /> employees and votunteers. <br /> 91.1.4 Ematover's Liabilitv Insurance. Consultant shall maintain coverage <br /> with limits no# less than $1,000,000 per each accident for badily injury or <br /> disease. <br /> 11.1.5 Professaonal Liability Insuranae. Consui#ant shatl maintain <br /> coverage witM limits not less than $1,OOa,000 per occurrence. <br /> Professianal Liabifity may be written as claims-made coverage. <br /> 11.2. Notice of Cancellation. This insurance will be in force during the life of the <br /> Agreement and any e�ensians of it and will not be canceled without Consultant <br /> providing thirty (30) days prior written no#ice to City sent pursuant to the Notice <br /> provisions of this Agreement. <br /> 11.3 Providinq Certificates of insurance and Endorsements. Priar to City's <br /> executian of this Agreement, Consuitant shall provide to City certificates of <br /> insurance and above-referenoed endorsemen#s sufficient to satisfi'action of City's <br /> Risk Manager. fn no event shall Consuitant commence any work or provide any <br /> Services under this Agreement until certificates of insurance and endorsements <br /> have been accepted by City's Risk Manager. <br /> 11.4 Failure to Maintain Coveraqe. If Consultant faiis to comply with these <br /> insurance requirements, then Ci#ar wi�ll have the option to declare Consultant in <br /> breach, or may purchase replacerr�nt insurance or pay the premiums that are <br /> due on ewsting poliaes in order to maintain the required c�verages.
