_ n .� . and touches and is contiguous to the boundaries of the City ot Redwood City; arid (2) That on April 16 , 2962 , this Council did adopt its Resolution No. 3682 , entitled "Resolution of the Council of the City of Redwood City Giving Notice of, and Declaring its In- tention to, Initiate on its own Mation Proceedings to Annex to said City Certain Uninhabited Territory; Describing said Territory and Designating it by the Name ' St. Matthias Annexation � ; Giving its Reasons for Desiring said Annexation; Making Certain Findings Respecting said Proceedings; and Giving Notice of the Time and Place said Council wili Hear Protests to said Annexation, " wherein it gave notice of said proposed annexation, described said territory and designated it by the above mentioned name, made cer- tain f indings respecting said proposal and gave notice of the time and pl�ce said Council would hear protests thereto; and (3) That less than twelve registered voters resided within said territory at the time the above mentioned resolution was adopted by this Council; and (4) That the C ity C lerk has caused a copy of said Resolution No. 3682 to be published in the manner and within the time re- quired by law, and has also caused v,�ritten notice of such proposed annexation to be mailed to all persons or bodies to whom such notice is required by law to be given; all in the manner and time required by law; and (5) That this Council did in said Resolution No. 3682 set and designate _�y 2g , 19 62 , at the hour of 8:00 g.m. , in the Board of Supervisors ' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Recor ds, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, as the day, hour, and place when and where said Council woul.d hear protests against said annexation� and -2- /6.5 z
