A 'SALE� TAX CAPITAL EXPENDITURE FUND' <br /> is hereby established. Ten per cent (10'�) of all revenues <br /> heretofore or hereafter received by the City of Redwood City <br /> from the imposition and levy of any municipal taxes on the <br /> sale or use of tangible personal property in the City o€ <br /> Redwood City shall be set aside and allocated to the SALES <br /> TAX CAPITAL EXPENDITURE FUND." <br /> SECTION 4. Section 2.6 is hereby added to the above men- <br /> tioned Ordinance No. 1019, to read as follows: <br /> "Section 2.6. All moneys set aside and allocated to <br /> the SAI�ES TAX CAPITAL E�'PENDITURE FUND may be appropriated <br /> or expended for any of the following purposes, and no others: <br /> " (a) Any purpose for whieh funds in the SALES TAX <br /> CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND may be expended. <br /> " (b) The acquisition of personal property, furnishings, <br /> fixtures or equipment of a permanent nature having <br /> an anticipated life of three or more years. <br /> " (c) Any purpose for which funds in the EQUIPMENT <br /> REPLACEMENT FUND may be expended." <br /> SECTION 5.
