'"'''�t��5� <br /> , <br /> ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25 FROM THE UNBUDGETED <br /> UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE �OF THE GENERAL FUND FOR <br /> THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING A PLANNING SURVEY OF <br /> DCl'WNTOWN REDWOOD CITY <br /> WI�REAS, it is the intention of the Council of the City <br /> of Redwood City to apply to the State of California for urban <br /> planning assistanCe administered pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Article 7 of Chapter 1.5, Title 7, of the Government Code; and <br /> WI�REAS, it is necessary that the City of Redwood City <br /> contribute, in the form of either funds or technical assistance, <br /> one-third of the planning project's total cost; . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS; <br /> l. The sum of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) is hereby ap- <br /> propriated from the unbudgeted unappropriated balance of the <br /> General Fund for the purpose of acquiring a planning survey of <br /> downtown Redwood City. <br /> 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept on <br /> behalf of the City contributions made by individuals or groups <br /> for the purpose of reimbursing the City for monies appropriated <br /> by this ordinance. <br /> 3.
