The total tax rate for the fiscal year July l, <br /> 1962 - June 30, 1963, upon each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed <br /> value of all taxable property within Parking District No. 1 as <br /> established by Resolution No. 1808, adopted by the Council of the <br /> City of Redwood City on December 20, 1954, and as confirmed by <br /> Resolution No. 1827. adopted by the Council af the City of Redwood <br /> City on February 7, 1955, for all purposes, including the payment <br /> of bond interest and redemption of municipal improvement bonds, <br /> Series 55-1, be and the same is hereby fixed and levied at $1.5444. <br /> SECTION 7. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTTON 8. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of <br /> this ordinance is for any reason held by a court of competent <br /> jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the <br /> validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the City <br /> Eouncil hereby declares that it would have adopted said ordinance <br /> and each section, sentence, clause and phrase thereof, irrespective <br /> of the fact that any one or more section, sentence, clause or <br /> phrase be declared invalid. <br /> SECTION 9.
