ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br />This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br />City Council/Community Facilities District Board/Redevelopment Agency on any subject <br />relating to the City Council/Community Facilities District Board/Redevelopment Agency <br />which is not on the agenda or any item within the Consent Calendar. If the subject you <br />wish to address is not on the aqenda. please understand that the Brown Act (Open <br />Meetinq Law) precludes the Council from takinQ any action at this time. All items within the <br />Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and the City Council/Community Facilities <br />District Board/Redevelopment Agency will waive the reading of the Consent Calendar <br />(except the title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and ordinances, and approve <br />other items by one motion and one vote.
