�� ., (61 That none of the territory within the boundaries of the � territory proposed to be annexed is awned by a iunior college dis- trict; and WHEREAS, this Council duly met and convened at said time and place for the purpose of hearing and passing upo� all protests to said proposed annexation, and also at the time (s) and place(s) to which such hearing was continued, and did at the Mearing in open public session ask for protests, if any, to the praposed annexation and gave all persons full oppo�tunity to protest said annexatio� and received evidence relevant to such annexation; and WHEREAS, this Council at the time of said hearing found and determined that protests to the proposed annexation of the here- ina€ter described territory to the City of Redwood City had not been made ; owners of one-half of the value of said territory as P � shown by the last equalized assessment roll of the County of San Mateo, California, nor by public owners equal to one-half of the v�ilue of pub lic property within said territory as said value has been determined by said Council; NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Redwood City does hereby approve the annexation to the City of Redwood City of all the territory designated as " Barbour Annexation ,� and hereinafter described, and does also_hereby ordain that said territory be and is hereby annexed to the City of Redwood City.
