such Regular Study Meeting. The second meeting shall <br /> be known as the 'Regular Legislative Meeting' and shall <br /> be held at 8:00 o'clock P.M. , in the Soard or Supervisors <br /> Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Reawood City, <br /> California. <br /> " (b) On the second Monday o� each month, the Council <br /> shall meet once at 7 :30 o'clock P.M. in the Board <br /> oi Supervisors Conierence Room, Hall of Justice and <br /> R�cords, Redwood City, California. Such meeting shall <br /> be known as the 'Regular Monthly Study Meeting. ' The <br /> primary purpose of the Regular Monthly Study Meeting <br /> shall be the discussion and deliberation of general city <br /> problems, policies and administration; prouided, however, <br /> nothin� herein shall limit the authority or jurisdiction <br /> of the Council to conduct public hearings or take any <br /> legislative or other o-�ficial action or ma]ce any deter- <br /> mination on any subject at any such Regular Monthly <br /> �tudy Meeting when in the opinion ot the Council such <br /> action is determined to �e necessary. <br /> " (c) Al1 such Council meetings sha11 be open to <br /> the public and the press, " <br /> SECTION 2.
