The sum of three thousand dollars ($3, 000) is <br /> hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted unappropriated balance <br /> of the General Fund for the purpose of providing for the payment <br /> of 5alaries for the Fire Department. Said sum shall be for <br /> expenditure during the fiscal year July l, 1962-June 30, 1963, <br /> and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such pur- <br /> pose during the fiscal year July l, 1962-June 30, 1963. <br /> Section 2.
