_,� . <br /> by the City from the collection of the charges established <br /> by this article shall be deposited in sai.d fund; provided, <br /> however, that the first $100„000 received shall be <br /> deposited in the Sewer Rental Fund. <br /> " (b) Moneys deposited in the .Sewer Connection Fee <br /> Fund shall be expended solely for the following purposes: <br /> (1) the acquisition� construction and reconstruction of <br /> sanitation or sewerage facilities, including the extension <br /> or replacement of existing sewer mains� collector mains <br /> and trunk lines and the enla:rgement of sewage treatment <br /> plant facilities, (2) the making of principal and interest <br /> payments due on any bond issue sold for the purpose of ac- <br /> quiring, constructing or reconstructing sanitation or <br /> sewerage facilities. <br /> "�ection 25. The provisions of this article shall <br /> not apply to connections made to pub lic sewers maintained <br /> by the Menlo Park Sanitary District or the Fair Oaks Sewer <br /> Maintenance District within the City of Redwood City." <br /> SECTION 6.
