. .�. <br /> � RJC.ek 8/26/63-7 <br /> ��� <br /> ORD I NANCE NO. -'' °` �k� <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDZNG FINAL BUDGET OF CITY OF REDTr�00D <br /> CITY FOR FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1963-JUNE 30, 1964, <br /> AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1098, JUNE 24, 1963; <br /> AND, APPROPRIATINC ADDITIONAL SUNi� AS SPECIFIED <br /> HEREIN <br /> �REAS, in accordance with the Charter of the City of Red- <br /> wood City, the Council of the City of Redwood City on June 24, <br /> 1963, adopted Ordinance No. 1098, which ordinance adopted the <br /> final budget for the fiscal year July 1, 1963-June 30, 1964; and, <br /> ir�HEREAS, said final budget was predicated upon estimates of <br /> re�re�ue and cash in various funds carried over as unencumbered <br /> balances as of June 30, 1963; and, <br /> WI�REAS, present estimates of revenue and cash balances <br /> indicate that the total revenues of the City during the fiscal <br /> year July l, 1963-June 30, 1964, will be greater than that pro- <br /> � vided for in said final budget; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Council to amend said <br /> , budget to reflect the current estimates of revenue and cash <br /> balances and provide for additional appropriations for salary <br /> and retirement fund payment purposes; � <br /> . NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLL�TS: <br /> SECTION l. That certain abovementioned budget for the <br /> fiscal year July 1, 1963-June 30, 1964, approved by the Council <br /> of the City of Redwood City by Ordinance No. 1098 and presently <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled °City of Red- <br /> wood City, Budget, Fiscal Year 1963-1964,° is hereby amended <br /> as follows: <br /> A. REVENUES <br /> (1) Increase total miscellaneous revenue from $1, 318, 320 <br /> to $1, 336,163. <br /> I ' <br />
